ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS — PROGRAM BEGINS JANUARY 13, 2027

The H.E.A.R.T. Support Group

Heal · Empower · Arise · Restore · Trust Yourself

A 12-week women’s support group for betrayed partners — in Katy, Texas.

A small, safe, structured program where healing happens alongside women who truly understand.

A MESSAGE FROM HEATHER

Welcome — I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Heather, a licensed professional counselor and the facilitator for the H.E.A.R.T. Support Group for Women. If you are a woman who has experienced the trauma of betrayal in your intimate marriage or relationship — if your spouse or partner has been keeping sexual secrets, is dealing with sex or pornography addiction, or you have discovered an affair — I am glad you found this page.

Like many women, you are likely experiencing feelings of shock, anger, confusion, and heartbreak. The H.E.A.R.T. Group is a place of healing, support, and connection for women who have been wounded by betrayal. The cornerstones of our group are connection, confidentiality, and compassion.

WHAT IS THE H.E.A.R.T. GROUP?

You don't have to heal from betrayal alone.

Healing from betrayal trauma is one of the most isolating experiences a person can face. You may feel like no one around you truly understands the depth of what you're carrying — the confusion, the grief, the anger, the loss of trust in yourself and others.

The H.E.A.R.T. Group is a 12-week program bringing together a small, carefully selected group of women healing from betrayal trauma — in a safe, structured, confidential setting facilitated by a certified Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT).

This is not a support group. It is a clinically facilitated program with a clear structure, a 12-week curriculum, and evidence-based tools designed specifically for betrayal trauma recovery. You won't walk through this alone — this group was built for that.

THE FIVE CAPACITIES YOU’LL REBUILD

What H.E.A.R.T. stands for

H

Heal

Processing the grief, loss, and pain of betrayal

E

Empower

Reclaiming your voice, your choices, and your sense of self

Connection

Betrayal is isolating. Most women feel like no one in their life truly gets it. In this group, you will be with women who do — and that changes everything.

A

Arise

Rising from the pain and stepping into who you are becoming

R

Restore

Rebuilding your sense of safety, identity, and hope

Confidentiality

Everything shared in our group stays in our group. Period. This is a space where you can be completely honest without worrying about what happens outside these walls.

T

Trust Yourself

Reconnecting with your instincts and learning to trust yourself again

Compassion

You have probably been harder on yourself than you deserve. In this group we leave judgment at the door — for yourself and for each other.
