The H.E.A.R.T. Group is a small, clinically facilitated 12-week program for women healing from betrayal trauma. Because spots are limited to 4–6 women per program, I maintain a waitlist to ensure every woman who is ready has a path to join.

If it feels like a good fit, you'll be invited to schedule an individual assessment session
Upon acceptance, you'll complete enrollment and secure your spot in the program
